Children of the Ummah was founded in 2025 by a group of community members who wanted to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling around them.
We are rooted in our community, and we believe that meaningful change begins with listening—truly listening—to both the people we serve and our donor community, so that the support we provide meets real needs and makes a lasting impact.
While our focus is on supporting orphans and widows, our work is not limited to these groups, and we strive to help anyone in need.
Our mission centers on three core areas: Care, Empower, and Transform. We provide care by making sure people feel protected, supported, and valued. We empower lives by giving opportunities, guidance, and resources that help children grow in confidence and reach their potential.
