By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Children of Ummah is a registered charitable organization dedicated to serving humanity through Islamic principles of charity. We collect and distribute Zakat, Sadaqah, and other forms of charitable donations.
All donations made through our platform are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to use general donations where they are most needed.
Zakat donations are distributed according to Islamic guidelines to the eight categories of recipients mentioned in the Quran. We ensure all Zakat-eligible projects are verified by qualified scholars.
When you donate to a specific project, we make every effort to use your donation for that project. If a project is fully funded or cannot proceed, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or use the funds for similar projects.
If you set up a recurring (monthly) donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.
We provide tax receipts for all eligible donations. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive your receipts. Tax deductibility may vary by jurisdiction.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
