Support Programs for Gazan Orphans, Widows, and Injured Families in Egypt Children of the Ummah (CTU) Charity has a vital opportunity to extend its mission of compassion by partnering on targeted relief programs for Gazan orphans, widows, and injured individuals hosted in Egypt. Leveraging local expertise in Quranic education and orphan care, we propose scalable initiatives addressing immediate needs like food, hygiene, education, and housing. These programs align with CTU's values of ummah solidarity, ensuring efficient, culturally sensitive delivery. Program Offerings We can deliver the following high-impact interventions in Egypt: •⁠ ⁠Food Parcels and Ramadan Iftar: Monthly food baskets for nutrition, plus communal iftar meals during Ramadan to foster unity. •⁠ ⁠Women’s Hygiene Parcels for Widows: Essential kits including sanitary products, soap, and personal care items to promote dignity and health. •⁠ ⁠Toys and Education Packs for Orphans: Developmentally appropriate toys, books, and Quranic learning materials to support emotional and intellectual growth. •⁠ ⁠Zakah and Cash Distributions: Shariah-compliant zakah payouts and targeted cash aid for urgent expenses. •⁠ ⁠Emergency Relief: Rapid response kits for medical, shelter, and basic survival needs. •⁠ ⁠Rent and Accommodation Sponsorship: Monthly sponsorships to secure stable housing and prevent displacement. Locations: Cairo and surrounding areas with high concentrations of Gazan families. Call to Action We invite CTU to commit an amount of funding to launch before Ramadan.
